ZIMBE! Come sing the songs of Africa

A hugely popular, 40-minute choral work by British composer Alexander L'Estrange featuring a vibrant fusion of traditional African songs and jazz, scored for an adult (SATB) choir, unison children's choir, and a jazz quintet.

We will be joined by the Choir of Sompting Village Primary School and the Call Me Al Jazz Quintet.

Celebrating the 125th birthday of composer Richard Rodgers we'll be singing songs from his musicals including Oklahoma, The Sound of Music, South Pacific and more.
